Deployment

Implemented

Railway hosts web, api, worker, postgres and redis. Neo4j, R2, Clerk and OpenAI are external. Docs-app is intended as another service in the same Railway project.

What is not assumed

There is no committed root railway.toml for web/api/worker. Deployment is procedural (`docs/runbooks/railway`).

docs-app adds its own railway.toml for this service only.

No secrets are documented as values — only names.
